It wouldn’t be a normal year in freight rail logistics without someone sounding the alarm on infrastructure. Instead, it accepts that disruptions will happen, and focuses entirely on how to absorb the blow, adapt on the fly, and recover rapidly.
While a hardened track tries to stand its ground, a resilient network uses data and operational flexibility to move around the problem before the gridlock even starts.
